AUTUMN EQUINOX 'MUMMY AND ME' MORNING RETREAT

We're thrilled to be partnering with Kerry Nina Yoga again to bring this very special 'Autumn Equinox' themed retreat to new mamas and their babies at Ripley Village Hall. Designed as a gentle, nurturing morning just for you and your little one, here's what to expect:

A beautiful, calm welcome - Arrive to a peaceful space filled with aromatherapy oils and soft, calming music - the perfect invitation to slow down and settle in.

Baby massage - Enjoy a specially curated baby sensory and massage session led by Catherine. You'll have plenty of unhurried time to bond with your baby and take away skills you can use at home.

Mummy yoga - A nurturing yoga experience designed specifically for new mums, led by Kerry. Mindful movement and grounding breathwork help you reconnect, restore and feel truly supported - while your little one shares in the calm and connection by your side.

Pastries, hot drinks & good company - Settle in and chat with other new mamas over something delicious - sometimes the best part is knowing you're not in it alone.

A gorgeous goodie bag -  You deserve to leave with a little something too.

You'll go home having given your baby something special and having done something just for you.

Suitable for babies aged 6 weeks to 6 months. If your little one falls just outside this range, please do get in touch — we'd love to see if we can accommodate you.
